CX-5 radiator fans not working

Working on a 2023 Turbo CX-5 and I’m struggling getting the cooling fans to work. This connector has two big wires (positive and negative) and one smaller green wire (assuming this is the speed control wire) the green wire is getting power as well as the man 12v wire. However the fans will not spin with or with out ac being turned on. Compressor also will not kick on for AC. However if I just ground the green wire briefly the fans start to spin for a few seconds before doing nothing again.

I’ve check the fuses off the battery block, fuses in the box, I’ve swapped relays around by the relay box by drivers headlight and nothing is working. I’m out of ideas..

Car shows temp through obd and temp gauge.

Any ideas?

First guess is fan control module. Unfortunately, I believe it may come only as part of full shroud, fans & module package.

What ticks me off about my 2020 turbo fans work fine when car is running, but shut-off when you turn the car off. If the engine is hot enough to need fans when running, they should continue running when the car is shut off.

Is there a way to test the fans? I can make them spin by grounding the green wire briefly on each side. Each side has its own module as well so I’d figure at least one side would work..

The water pump isn’t moving any coolant, so the radiator’s cooling isn’t doing anything for the engine internals…
