CX-5 oil access panel replacement?

Hi all,

I got an oil change back in January, and just this past weekend noticed something dragging from my CX-5. After some research, I figured out it's actually a small panel that one opens to change the engine oil. Here is a picture from underneath, with it partially hanging. It therefore appears that the place that changed the oil didn't secure it properly when they were finished, and for a while, it's been dragging and therefore breaking. I secured it with duct tape for now, but I want to know how much it would cost to replace this part, before I go trying to make a complaint to the oil change place and probably facing push-back since it's been so long. Could this part be purchased online, and if so, what do I search for (I couldn't find the right terms so far)? Any insight into this is appreciated.

In addition, you'll need the two front metal screws and two rear plastic trim "screws".

If this was changed at a dealer I'd probably be asking them to replace.

EDIT: I probably wouldn't go back if independent... that isn't a complicated piece to put back on and individual who changed oil is of questionable competence or careless working on your vehicle IMO.

It wasn't at a dealer, but an independent shop. I called them and they refused to do anything since it was so long ago, insisting that I would have noticed the problem in January if it had been their fault. Ugh...
