2013~2016 CX-5 Misfire while driving

I’ve got a 2014 CX5 Grand Touring. I love this car dearly. Recently on my drive to work around 45-50mph is started misfiring. When I floored it the check engine light and a bunch of other lights came on and I ended up pulling over and shutting it off. When I started it back up everything worked fine. A week later it did it again but this time it’s not resetting. Everywhere I look it says a coil is bad and it’s time for ignition coil replacement (tune-up). Has anyone else had this issue?

It's really rare to see coils needing replaced on these cars but you're on the 11th year. It's almost always the plugs. How old are they?

How many miles? Did you get service records? Need more info. Were plugs ever changed? etc.
No records from used car lot and the carfax just said no accidents even though it had a ding on right fender. I don’t think it was serviced regularly because previous owner left it smelling like weed really bad, lol. I took it to mechanic and obd said cylinder one not working.
