hey guys. i recently replaced my wheel bearing(about a month ago) now it seems that my cv joint boot has been shooting grease out since. this morning i started getting a clunking noise coming from my shaft which i am assuming is my cv joint. is there a way replace just the cv joint or do i have to replace the whole axle/shaft? any help would be helpful

thanks

Tim

Try this company:

http://www.raxles.com/

These guys know what they are doing.

They'll do a remanufacture of your part and probably have one in stock ready to ship. You just send your core back for credit. They have super quality and quick service. Very reasonable prices. They even supply any special axle sockets, etc. for the install. They can also make custom axles, half-shafts, etc. for racing applications, if you want something that will not twist, bend, pop, etc. at 500 whp. lol.

Yes, you should do the entire half-shaft and not try to do just the CV joint. I don't even know if that is possible on our cars.

I've not used them on my MS3, but they have done great work on other FWD cars I've owned.
