Here's my gameplan so far.
1. Order intercooler (28" 7" x 2.5"), completed
2. Order Aftermarket Hybrid BOV, (ordered Turbo Xs hybrid valve Type H) (car supposedly has issues running complete VTA), completed
3. Order 2x universal aluminum intercooler piping kits with pipes that are 2mm thick, 2.5" O.D., and that are 24" long (should be enough pipe but if its not enough, will order some more)
4. Order 2.5" BOV aluminum T-pipe
5. Order extra silicon couplers, (1x 2.5"-2.0" reducer, 3x 2.5"90 degree elbow,2x 45 degree elbow, probably extra)
6. Dismantle bumper, mount intercooler, test fit pipes, mark pipes for any cutting or welding that needs to be done.
7. Take pipes to have beads welded on ends and to be welded together
8. Final Fit
Am i missing anything?does this plan need more work?
