Custom Aftermarket Gauges

So ive been doing some research for some time looking for aftermarket gauges to match the cluster in the 2008.5-2009 MS3. Ive found many red gauges, but none come with a white needle. little things like this tend to drive me nuts. I stumbled across this website during my lunch break today

they make revolution custom gauges and they can be designed with a red background and white needle. Anyone ever heard of them or know if the gauges are any good?

i had gotten speedhut gauges overlays for the cluster on a previous car of mine,,,,worked well and looked good.

here they are. when i ordered them i didnt know the stock pointers were white.(i was in afganistan when i ordered them). but i am getting them switched to white. colors match fine gauges work great. best part is im the only one with these custom MS3 gauges!!!!!

thanks. its in a custom pod i made with fiber glass and bondo. its not straight like most of them its angled at the driver. ill take a pic of it during the day.

thanks for the pics austin, im probably gonna go with oil temp oil press and boost. dh will monitor the rest. Do you get any vibrations in the needle readings?

i will they said it should take no longer than a week and its 25 per gauge to have the needles and the leds changed. not bad if you look at the full price of the gauge.
thats the only down side to the gauges was the price. but well worth it not to have the same old gauges as every one else.

no vibrations in the gauges or anything. the only problem i had with them was the oil press gauge stoped working after my engine build. but i got to looking around and they didnt hook it back up right. so no problem with the gauge.

and speedhut has very good/fast customer service

440 for 3 gauges w/shipping isnt that bad. considering defi's are about the same or a bit more $

well i didnt make the pod i just molded it in to my dash


i could make on if you wanted me too. either straight like most people do or like i did mine on an angle. let me know send me a PM...

can you setup the housing straight, but tilt the gauges in the drivers direction. kind of like making a cover to go over CP-e's completely overpriced gauge pod

please do! i need something that looks clean. I like austins setup, mimics the proportions of the cluster.

S.U. is offering new center triple gauge pods to replace that whole dash piece, and you can order them custom painted to match the exterior of the car. They are only around $189, they look alot nicer!!

I would love to see a kit that does white needles for the pre 08.5's. That would be sick.
