i've been wanting to see that closeup for a while now. what a beast. can you post some more vids?? luv that tranny sound. just buttoning up some final details with gear ratios and fuel line fittings and i'll be enjoying mine too.

Changed my setup now that bov was problem. Need to clean bay, do wire tuck, hood props, and coolant catch can

just noticed my engine pic didn't work a few posts back:

As stated before I need to clean, paint VC, work on the corrugated egr line, and analyze wiring in engine so i can tuck a few.

I'm borrowing a buddies HKS in this pic to find out what was wrong with mine. I ended up ordering a new one along w/ atp wastegate from crossover. Today I found that my coolant resevoir was leaking so i ordered a new one from PG as well as a HKS Radiator Cap from CS.

Edit: Also need to zip tie fans to radiator the correct way (just a temporary install the way i have it now), as well as install my side motor mounts i have lying around.

How is your exhaust mani coated? JetHot? Also, what color you going with on the valve cover?

It's actually high temp paint from autozone. I, as well as a few others, thought it would flake right off, but it seems to be working out. The J and S pipe are still the original color i painted, the manifold baked the paint a little. The rusty looking color on the driver side of the manifold is actually just grit. I sprayed some cleaner the other day but a bunch of it built up in the gap there between head and manifold. I need to take a day out and clean it better!

I'm actually not sure on a valve cover color. Is there any u guys would recommend? I have black and the silver heat paint lying around. Possibly thinking red? My bay needs some spice.

+1 but $70-$120 for dampers, is not really my thing. I never pop my hood anyway... Nothing to look at.
