i recently purchased a stereo from crutchfield.com. it came with the stereo, a free dash kit, and a free wiring harness. when i received my box, the dash kit was broken. no big deal, it was free. i went to best buy and purchased one myself.
i received an email with a survey a few days later, completed the survey. everything was great but i went ahead and put in the extra comments section that my dash kit was broken and i had to buy a new one.
fast forward about 5 weeks, i get this email...
just wanted to pass this along to everyone. i have always heard of that crutchfield had stellar customer service, this is my proof. i wouldn't hesitate to make another purchase from them, and would recommend them to anyone.
