I went to the police station and asked what my options were. They told me that just his threat alone could lock him up and the fact that I'm an ER nurse could increase the charge. The only way they could charge him for the exhaust is if there was any damage. The fact that he made the threats and spoke about the exhaust then the exhaust became damaged days later is proof enough that he was the person that did the damage. The officer told me to find out if there is any damage to the motor, turbo, or exhaust, then he can be charged with that as well. He wouldn't make a report then. He said When I see him call 911 and have them arrest him and make a report then.

So my good friends on CPD have been doing some recon for me while I've been here at work, and they have been SSSOOO successful. They were able to get me his name and all his info so I can go get a warrant issued tomarrow for his arrest. As soon as it's filed the Tack team will be picking his b**** ass up. They plan on following him to his job and arresting him at his place of employment to prove a point!!!

One of the many benefits of being an ER nurse in the same district that you live in. Plus living down the street from the station helps as well. If you only knew the amount of Patients that I've seen that have "fallen down some stairs" while attempting to flee arrest. It's gotten to the point now that they come in for quick treatment. They know that if I'm there I'll bump there prisoner back quick and usually get them discharged real quick so there not sitting in the ER all shift waiting for there prisoner to get seen and treated.

This is great! It never ends this way. usually the Police will not take the car guy's side. It is great to have hook-up's. BTW Pics or a Vid would be great. Even a dashcam, maybe a little taser?
