I know my car would swerve to the left in a second if I took my hand off the wheel. I think there is someone in there or that the road has grooves from use and the tires are tracking in them.

Their shirts weren't blowing around very much for being on the top of a car...it doesn't look fake and I don't know how it could be faked, but I think it just may be faked

It appears obvious that the part with them behind the car was filmed with guys on skates and the shoes were "photoshopped" in.

They were probably wearing those shoes with little pop-out skate wheels. The neighbor kid has them... pretty funny.
