beautiful .. and to compliment on the proud owners choices for his baby .... good job .. and i can see in its future an eibach prokit and zoom zoom on

i got the same seats.. maybe me you an equinox should hang out. LoL.
nice ride tho..

crayz_d? Isn't that the Pro 5 that Showcase Mazda had in their showroom? I remember that ride when I bought mine there.

Thanks

Sorry to disappoint you rx7gslse but I don't know where the seats came from but I know it cost $2000.00 for teh whole interior. Thanks MP5racer, I've thought about the Pro-Kit but I already have the whole MP3 suspension tucked under there, lowering springs and all. The current item on my list is the Stage 1 Protege turbo kit from Flyin Miata (unless someone knows of a better complete kit). I will probably installing that around May of next year. Gotta save up the money first. Mypfizzle, you actually have the same seats? Awesome, I really love the leather.

And yes, azeli73, this is the Protege5 that was in the showroom at Showcase Mazda. I gladly took it off of their hands 2 weeks ago. I bought my wife a 2003 midnight blue MP5 also.

NICE Ride!

Two things: The roof rack needs removal, and the tires look too small. Like 205/40/17 instead of 215/40/17 or better yet, 205/45/17.

Good choice on your wife's midnight blue P5, that's another color I really like.

The thing is that this one looks pimp even with the roof rack.

I haven't decided what to do with the roof rack yet. I agree with LinuxRacr though, I think it looks pimp with it on.

By the way, LinuxRacr, props, I see that you have the BEGI turbo kit, the same one that I am looking at I assume. BEGI's web-site takes you to Flyin Miata's Protege page because they are actually the ones who sell it. Anyway, I was wondering how you like the kit, how much you paid for it, if you got it from somewhere else, and how hard it was to install it? I'm a gearhead, what can I say, I prefer to do my own work on my cars but I do know when professionals are needed. Is this something I could do myself or should I find someone to do it for me? Anyone let me know please.

The power it gives is GREAT!! I had some issues that I had to work out as my kit was one of the 10 prototype kits from BEGI. I wish I would have bought the FM Kit though. They seem to have a lot of those little bugs worked out that I experienced with the prototype. As for the install, I had no experience and was able to accomplish the task BY MYSELF in about 5 days. You will need a dealer shop manual though. If you want the lowdown from someone who is local to Phenix, you should hit SMP3000 up, as he has the same kit, and is now faster. He can visually show you what's up. Thanks

the car looks tight, however, i think that it does need to be dropped more. Sorry, but i don't think that the mp3 springs drop you that much. Maybe like half an inch. I heard that the reason that our cars sit lower are because of how they positioned the struts. But i could be mistaken. Anyway, just wanted to say that your car looks real tight.

I will probably drop it another inch and a half after I get my turbo kit installed (once I actually buy it). Thanks for the props mp3boy1984, I think you're right.

that car is hella tight!
nice stuff...
How do you like your Falken tires? (I get a kick out of saying that :)
but seriously, I really like the look of the Falken's but just havnen't gotten enough info/feedback on them as compared to the kuhmo 712's and the other standard replacements for the racing harts...thanks ;)

If you don't mind telling crayz_d... How much did you get that ride for @ Showcase. I remember the sticker price and what I did when I seen it... (hand) Out of my range...
