Cracked Exhaust Manifold

the MAM manifold is the only mass produced manifold. If you are willing to wait a little while you might be able to call Pure Sports (formerly SPD Racing) and see if they can build one for you. It's kind of a log/up pipe hybrid thing that flows greater then stock, but the factory heat shield can still go on top of it for SMOG inspections. Also about half the price of the MAM is my guess.

If you have the money, the MAM is an awesome way to go. The power gains are proven and it's beautiful.
 
Our direct bolt in manifold retails for $1095. Protege Garage sells them for $1065.
Our manifold comes with a 10 year warranty and is ceramic coated. It's made from 1/8" thick 304 Stainless steel.
 
you need to see who Joka1 sold his stock turbo to and then pm them and see if they want this. It would go quite nicely with the stock turbo and then they can buy the stock S&J pipes and send it to MPNick and get them all ported and polished and have the turbo guts upgraded...

Whats all that stuff in your sig that MPNick did like turbo upgrade and intake and head work??? What kind for numbers were you getting from these upgrades??
 
Nick is in the process of upgrading two stock MSP turbo kits. We should have the extra rails with two MPI units in today. So I have not yet installed the new turbo setup or the extra rails. I do have the MPI installed and love it. I have bought an MSP intake and will have a head soon and will be sending it of to Nick for work.

See me and some of the DFW guys have bought extra MSP parts and are in the process of sending them to Nick for work. Once done, we will sell the extra parts as a complete kit. We bought extra MSP setups so we would not have down time.

I should be installing a FMIC and AWR radiator with AWR fan shroud and high performance fans and my extra injectors with custom rail this weekend.

If your manifold isn't cracked when you take off that heatshield I have a cracked one I can sell you so you'll be like all the cool kids with cracked manifolds. ;)

Thats funny, I am going to start doing some troubleshooting with the speed today. That was the first thing I was thinking about doing if I had a crack. Did you ever do this Dexter? My car won't hold boost for s***, and its not going full tilt until nearly 4k. I don't think I have any vacuum leaks beacause I just fixed one a few months back.
 
About the leaking, can you feel it inside the car?
Since 2-3 weeks my throat kinda itch when I use the ventilation...Is it possible that the exhaust leaks from the manifold enter the car.. ( excuse my writing, I don't use my english very often)

Nahh, exhaust repair wrap should work fine.

Seriously, I'm now scared to pull my heat shield. Mine had a torn rear motor mount and had broken the j-pipe bracket, so I know it's been stressed. But, with 45k miles fast approaching, better to find it now than later.
 
wow i have that manifold cracked and the car feels like s*** , sometimes feels fast and sometimes slower than a turtle , how can i fixed , i don't want to put the same piece of crap any manifolds for ours cars??
