water and particles keep flying in and make reflector dirty since i don't take care of one tiny chip on passenger side fog lamp...now i am thinking to replace it but couldn't find any exact match for the 5-3/4" diameter (or maybe other size?) dealer quotes for around $170 per pair for parts only (but i need just one)... :bs: if i can't find any cheaper...i might just leave it there...:(

can i go a bit bigger (like 6"), or any other information such as size, beand, specific model, price range...etc would be really appreciated :D

i have the same problem...but i havent looked at any replacements yet...i'll let you know if i find something

i see that you are from houston...i am from LaGrange which is between Austin and Houston...if it came down to it, i would consider splitting the pair since we each need one

you could get aftermarket fog light
I have piaa40 and I paid less than $170 for pair :)
and they are much brighter.

I am a piaa distributor and can put together a group buy ON PIAA if anyone is interested. the only problem with them is that they have not yet made replacements for outr low beams, they say those will be here sometime in june.

according to piaa they are. ill try to get hold of my man out there and double check. they list them as factory direct replacements. or i should say that the book says that they will fit but may require some drilling seeing as how the mounting brackets will be different by vehicle.

i actually checked all local car shops like pep boys, o'reilly, auto zone...etc. the fog lamp selection is so rare. i asked my friend to take it out and bring it to local stores to see if there is any exact match...we can't find one. so i kinda just put it back and leave it there coz i don't know how to install it. (and don't wanna bother him again...):p there are few 6" fog lamp on eaby for sale, but i don't wanna take chance to bid them if they won't fit...and the budget is the concern coz piaa is expensive...if i may find any easy to insatll and cheaper than $70 per pair...i may consider to replace it...
