CPE HKS SSQV Blow Off Valve Kit

Hks Bov

HKS used my car to test fit the SSQV and set it up to VTA. The car runs rich and backfires. I'm trying to switch it to Recirculate. My problem is I'm having trouble getting the stuff I need. HKS is giving me the 29mm fitting, but I don't have the instructions. So I'm going to have to figure it out.

If anyone can scan their instructions I'd greatly appreciate it!

If you get the fitting, then that's all you should need. Just take an allen wrench (I think its 6mm) and remove all the allen bolts on the end of the BOV that holds the VTA piece. Pull the cap off, remove the VTA piece and replace with the recirc fitting and then put the cap and bolts back on. Then just clamp your stock recirc hose to the valve and you're done.

my recirc hose seems to be to long for for my vavle it like pinches alittle, any way to fix this

Any hose will pinch a little...its just the retarded way the valve sits so it doesn't hit the hood. Someone needs to make a hose that curves naturally. Try rotating the hose until it aligns better...but it will always slightly pinch.
