CPE BOV kit for MS6

I was wondering if anybody else has a Loose BOV I installed my HKS CPE kit and man its like really loose it wiggles back and forth its tight on one side it seems and loose on the other but you can wiggle it back and forth.

Is it gonna leak? I cant start my car yet because I lost my bolt to my maf adaptor on the COrksport SRI.. So I wont know till then..

Just wondering if anybody else has had problems with a loose blowoff valve in the CPE flange?

Well I found the missing screw got my car together.. No check engine light but it wants to die if you rev it up and the blowoff goes off? Should I hook it back up to recirculate would that Get rid of the wanting to die problem?

uh YES? if you are running 100% VTA of course your idle will give trouble, and high revs will backfire.
did you not research before purchasing/installing?

And yes, if the valve is physically LOOSE you almost certainly will be leaking boost.
Either you got the wrong flange adapter or you got a cross threaded bolt that cant tighten all the way.

Either way id go back to stock until you either A) get specifically tuned for VTA asap or B) get a 100% recirc BPV.

Fixed it.. Yea i know about VTA. And it was a problem with the o-ring being to large and the BOV not being able to seat correctly into the flange with the c-clip.

The BOV BLEW off my car literally because it was not seated correctly. That is what caused it to die. Now it does not die and it idles good. However yea I do know exactly what your talking about the tune.

Eh no problem but your right I probably will run the RECIRC.. The BOV is way too loud for me anyway. Also when I installed the SRI corksport intake and the inlet pipe for the turbo man You can really here the turbo now when it spools..
