Here are some of the pictures for what needs to be trimmed on the front bumper.

Cool, I was hoping it was just minor trimming on the bumper. Thanks for the quick reply w/ pic.

I think it will will let you use the bigger stock radiator. If you look at this pic you can see that the stock smic is still in place. If that's still there then the piping has to go around it somehow. People with MSPs can either leave the smic there or upgrade to the bigger P5 radiator.

This is the CS 24x6x3.5 FMIC with custom stainless tubing

What do you guys think?

is that how low the piping will sit with the cork sport piping? if so i dont know if i want in on this, seems like it would scrape REALLY easy... can someone post a pic of the corksport without the front bumper on

where is the BOV or did you keep teh bpv?

TB bov? the maf? did your relocated your maf ?

any stalling issuess?

His MAF is in the stock location, he is also using the stock BPV with a BOV too I think.

i love the front mount, soooooo much more pull, i'm running a dual valve setup and the MAF is still in the stock location, no stalling problems, while we were building and putting on the tubing i was worried about how low the are, the neighborhood i live in is filled with 6" high speed bumps so when i came to first one my heart was pumping but it made it over fine, it doesn't scrape coming out my driveway either, i don't park all the way forward in parking lots cause my car is lowered, i am still very carefull though, thank you for all the compliments guys, total the kit cost me $630, so so worth it!!!

I don't have any good pictures of the path the intercooler pipes take. The pipes go around the end of the core support on each side instead of under it so they are not visible from the front of the car.

Do you need to cut holes for the piping?

Yes, you do. The point for the factory hold downs bolt up is where the piping passes. You have to un-bolt them and trim a 1/2 circle shape there. You also have to trim a section of the plastic under tray in the other half of the circle for the piping to pass.

It really isnt much trimming though.
