heh. Indeed.

I'd imagine having to fill out complicated, legally-binding, loophole-free paperwork beforehand (that also includes plenty of personal info) might take care of that ;)

plus some blood sucking insurance companies with some law maker jump in to take advantage.

Dude, you are totally off the rails. I'm not talking abot govts or anything else. And what the HECK is a multi-tard? Grow up man.

Look I love America. Thats the reason I immigrated here. Americans are not the worst drivers in the world. Russian drivers worse (but not by much) but German drivers on the whole are better than American drivers.

Better at staying in their lane, passing on the left, letting faster traffic by, and focusing on driving not text messaging while putting on makeup and eating breakfast.

You can be pissed all you want but its the truth. Get over it man. We can't be the best at everything! :)

Don't count the Chinese out when you want to talk about bad drivers.
Go to youtube and you'll know what I mean.

not so sure if it was said that they were better as in a better race car but more in the sense of the fact that they are more aware and curteous (sp?) and there fore traffic flows more freely and there is less aggression on the roads over there.... don't get your panties in a wad... it was meant as euros as a whole and americans as a whole which is true...

See where the US ranks in number of cars? Now almost double the shown number when you count in those not figured in legal counts. Then look at mortality numbers on the same site. The US is never in the top spot even with the actual numbers. If were so bad wouldn't we always be in first? If you quote me, answer that or don't waste your time. People remember what they want. I've been overseas and seen people, groups of people, using the sidewalk as an alternate route. Your opinions and those agreeing with you don't seem to add up when facts are involved, only opinions.

Not to get to far off topic but, first off everyone is entitled to their opinion if they present it respectfully. Not going to argue with you just state why I agree that in general European drivers are better than most of ours. My opinion is based on the disparity of their licensing to our own, it is sadly easy (in my own personal opinion) to obtain a drivers license in the U.S. While most european countries have much more demanding testing procedures to our own. I happen to agree with Germany's laws regarding passing and such, they are perfectly logical and seem to reduse driver aggression.

I've said this before. Adding a road test to the license renewal every 10 years (every other renewal) would save the lives of many Americans and reduce the car insurance rates, what citizens will pay in taxes they will save in insurance. Furthermore, I believe people who are deamed at fault for an accident that causes more than $2000 worth of damage should be required to take an advanced driving course where they learn what causes rollovers, how to maneuver while braking, and what to do in rainy/snowy weather.

I like to picture jesus as a mischevious badger.

I'd like to drive a Lotus Exige on the ring. It might suck a bit on the straight aways...but man would it rock out in the corners.

Look at per capita numbers, dumbass.

Like others have put it, everyone can have opinions.

Calling someone names on the bases that others' opinions differ from yours, however, is not going to win you any respect/ credibility from the others.

If you had the brains to actually delve a bit deeper you might understand what has been said. He didn't show opinions, he attempted to show how bad american drivers are by linking to pages showing total number of accidents which doesn't show how those numbers relate to number of cars/drivers. He was attempting to lead people in his direction hoping they wouldn't realize it. The fact you can't see that is sad, you must be a democrat.
