Considering Mazda 3 sedan

I was checking out some 3's at a local Mazda dealer early this morning, I walked around for a few minutes and I noticed that they had left the doors unlocked on a silver 4 dr. It has about the same amount of room as my gf's P5 and I noticed that the door opened alot farther than I expected, does the 5 dr. have any more room? Also the car feels like it has a sophisticated, upmarket feel to its controls and overall quality.

just try driving both of them. the 5 door and the sedan. i drove the 5-door and after i did you couldn't get me back out of it.

The 5 door has 17 Cubic Feet with the back seats up. The sedan has an 11 cubic foot trunk. So yes the 5 door has more room.

I had no idea what i should get when i first started looking but i ended up w/ a 5 and every time i c a 4 i realize that i made an awesome choice.... i think this might be cuz im a 20 year old college student and the 5 looks more for the younger age

You think the 5 door looks more for a younger age? I actually think the opposite. I think the 5 door is too stationwagon-ish. Its nice dont get me wrong but I think the sedan is alot more hip and looks like a classier car all together, sort of BMW-ish. Well thats my opinion anyway.

I didn't really like the 5 door.....to me the 4 door was just a better looking car. They are both great though.....to each his own.

the center console is sooo plastic, thats the one thing that is stopping me...
