Comments on these tires

Really? I was under the impression that the Proxes4 had a reasonably stiff sidewall. I've read good reviews, and from the comparisons, the Proxes4 have a good load rating (88) compared to the Kumho's (84) and the stock Dunlop (84).

As long as they're as stiff (or stiffer) than the stock Dunlop I'll be happy. I rarely take crazy fast corners.

IIRC, the load rating on the Nexen/Lexani N3000s was 93..........

Just to update, I just got a set of Toyo Proxes 4 put on, and man do they ride nicely. Very quiet and smooth at highway speeds, and reasonable cornering around town. However, I don't take crazy fast turns, and I did move from the worn out stock Dunlop's so anything would be better.

In terms of recommendations, some people don't like them, some do. I have yet to drive in the rain, but they have nice shaped, deep sipes, and should disperse water effectively.
