Coming Soon from JIC-Magic.....PICS

I'm sorry MP3-Owner. I completely missed your question earlier in this post. I'm off to wrk right now and I won't be back until later tonight. I'll post the pricing for the muffler, which if I'm right, bolts directly on the the factory exhaust. Which one did you want to know about? The Spartan 505St or the Spartan 505 SUS. The 505St is Semi-Titanium and the SUS is lightweight Stainless Steel.

All of that suff looks very phat...I would love to drop my car just a little bit and add better sway and strut bars too...... I would like a little color with the braking things that show through the rims..I forgot the word got the dumbs sorry... ;) :p

How about prices on both? I would probably go with the Stainless but someone else might want to know the price of the Semi-Titanium. :D
Thanks

Sorry about the delay on the muffler prices. Here they are:

  • Spartan 505 ST Semi Titanium unfortunately is only available in a full catback $850
  • Spartan 505 SU (Lightweight Stainless) Rear Muffler $475
  • Bullet Muffler Type 2, which resembles a APEXi World Sports Muffler or Tanabe G Power. $TBD

I'll update you guy as more info become available. Yes the strut bars will fit P5. The rear bar can fit in an MP3 as well, but you'd have to remove or relocate the Kenwood Sub. Anyone interested please email me. ;)

That is just the muffler, but this is very high quality stuff from what I have been hearing and reading about. As one might say "You Get What You Pay For" :D

well in that case i would be interested in the semi titanium catback, but just wondering... what r the advantages of titanium as part of the material?

also, somebody beg them to do it also in 2.5 diameter!! :D

is there a silencer that goes in the muffler? what size is the piping? 2.25 or 2.5? what are the advantages b/w semi titanium and lightweight stainless steel?

Semi Titanium means that the muffler is titanium, but the B-pipe is SS. Still light as hell. The Full titanium means Ti piping as well.

I'm gonna post accurate prices for everything here as Apex needed to do a little interpolation of the Honda prices as they're not listed in the book.

So I'm placing this in here for right now, "Prices may change without notice," until I post here in like 10 minutes. hehe. I just want to make sure you guys understand that this is the BEST s*** YOU CAN GET FOR THE PROTEGE's. Now and in the future. It just doesn't get better than this.

Thanks, Rishie

Prices:
Protege Sedan - 99 and up BJEP
Protege Wagon - BJEW
Now the suspension systems are universal, but the exhaust systems have different part numbers depending on chasis.
THESE ARE THE ACCURATE LIST PRICES unless changed by JIC USA.

The first price is for full cat back and the second number is for the muffler only.

505STi - $880.00, muffler only not avl.
505SU - $650.00, muffler $500.00
Type2 is TBD at this moment. The first two are all we really need.

Suspension:
FLT-A2 - $1700.00 to $1850.00 if adj. camber
FLT-2 - $1650.00 to $1750.00 " " "
SF-1 - $1300.00 to $1450.00

Strut tower braces, depending on application,
CF, front = $260.00; rear = $245.00
Al, front = $140.00; rear = $175.00

These are list prices only and do not reflect what your forum member's price will be. Please contact APEXistud and we'll give you your pricing.

THanks for your interest,

Rishie

If the suspension is universal, does that mean you will have to modify the top mounting points to accept the pillow ball mount?? What about the lower mounting??

how long will it take for it to be shipped and how much is shipping... is there a possible discount for people in the forum? i would like to order the exhaust in the next 2 weeks... i just need all the info... also how loud is the exhaust? is there a resonator along with the muffler? and like i asked before is there a silencer that you can put in the muffler?

thank you for answering my questions...

how hard is it going to be to get a rear strut bar in. how much cutting of interior parts is needed. i would love to get the front and rear carbon fiber ones.

I am positive that the rear strut bar will require minor cutting of the plastic panel back there in order to get the tubular portion through.

I would expect 60 days to turnaround this order. We will be the first to bring in a bunch of this stuff and the more money we show the faster it will come. That's what Ziel and Jon said. If you show me the money, I'll make it come here faster. His word is Gold. hehe.

By Universal, I mean that the struts for the 99 and up proteges are all the same, so it doesn't matter if you have a wagon or a sedan.

The exhaust and coilovers will be easy. I'll need to find out ETA on the strut tower bars. No matter what, this will be the quickest the enter the US.

The way these sytems are designed, you can make your own b-pipe that's of larger diameter if you'd like. These are extremely modular systems. So if you need larger piping than just get the muffler and have your own pipe made.

SEATS - TYPE S and R = $450.00 ea
Type C - $500.00 ea.

I am not sure if that includes hardware or not, so I need to find out. Jon K told me that they use the slider brackets from the Sparco seats.

YES YOU GET A FORUM SPECIAL. Please contact Darryl, Apexi, or I to get your pricing. We will require %50 deposits on all preorders to ensure quick and timely receipt. You will be notified when the product is near arrival to give adequate time for balance of payment.

Thanks, Rishie

Yes, there is a removable baffle that sits deep inside the tip of the muffler. Not those gay ass looking ones.

It does not have a resonator by looking at the ones in stock for other apps. Sound: THE DAMN BEST SOUND YOU've heard.

I s*** you not, we put the titanium one on an IS300 and it was the best exhaust I've ever heard. Incredible potent but very high quality. Can't explain it. Maybe Apexi can, he was there at the demo/meet.

Oh man, I'm totally up to buying the semi titanium exhaust.. I think I'm gonna see if my folks will lend me some money until I get enough out of my weak little paychecks.. because I want that exhaust ASAP.. it looks great and if it sounds as good as you say.. ahhh man, it'll be perfect..

ok ive got one more question....

this is a cat back exhaust designed for our car right? there are no mods needed? so if i go to my buds garage and jack my car up i can just bolt it right on without any hassle?

I really am interested in the seats. What type are shown, typec??? And are they for smalled frame people....most Japanese seats are narrow! I am 6 feet tall and 200lbs.
Thanks for the info
