College Football anyone?

Ok boys and girls this is your weekly HERD reminder. The Marshall Thundering Herd face the Toledo Rockets tonite on ESPN so be sure to watch. The spread on this game is only 6 points so with the HERD's QB out it looks to be another great game for the MAC. And I secured my tickets to KState next week...with thier Heisman QB out I think the HERD increases thier chances.

I can't believe Marshall is only 6 point favorites against Toledo. UNLV beat them a couple of weeks ago. BTW....doesn't it fire you up to play some NCAA 2004 when they use it on College Gameday to analyze games and certain plays??

WWWWHHHHHHOOOOOHHHHH!!!! Marshall shocked the college football world today and I was there! Upsetting #6 KState is the biggest win in the school's history and it makes up for the disappointing loss against Toledo. GO HERD!!!

Yeah the Thundering Herd comes to the SHOE next year. The buckeyes are losing everybody and the Herd is young. Gonna be a good game and I WILL be there. I will give my first born for tickets!

"everybody"?

alot, but hardly "everybody"

bucks are playing alot of young(er) talent in the receiver, 2ndary, linebacker spots AND we're playing deeper into the bench than anybody in the country on a down by down basis.

everytime somebody says, "yeah but the bucks are losing everyone and next year they'll be terrible" usually we show up better than the year before - not sure how long THAT can continue, but hey, I'll take it.

That said, we WILL lose TONS off our lines on both sides of the ball. Of course, our OLine hasn't played all that spectacular this year, but losing our DLine and especially our DEnds will hurt big time unless Tressel knows something we don't.

Neither team is what you might call "consistent," but the buckeyes have discovered a tendancy to find the W anyhow/anyway and the same just can't be said of the herd, despite their big win.

Gotta show some love for my team...although they're struggling this year and look to lose a few, I'm still proud to be a Cane. Also my other favorite team is whomever is playing Georgia at any given time, lol

Thats all true. The Buckeyes have more talent on thier bench than most teams start. I'm sure they'll be fine next year with the great coaching they have. As for Marshall....I'm just sick of thier inconsistant play. But we'll see how the MAC schedule goes.

seems like we only show up when it REALLY matters.

that said, oh yeah, we could DEFINITELY drop to marshall next year....

...or we could just win out again, who the frick knows with these guys!

HATERS............... yes RyanJayG it is all good fun ... i u are a sooner... from ok and all ..... oh and shackmgr6073 we do have a good coach ..just does not play the right QB some ( most ) of the time.... our test is this weekend against OU .... after that everyone will say O who ?????? ya they WERE a good team once ... where are they from again ???? lol

Doesn't Miami play FSU this weekend?? That should be a great game. My team sucks this year, but have to stick with them. Clemson Tigers. Next year, they play Miami on the road and Virginia Tech on the road. They better get it together!!

Today is gonna be one of the greatest days in college football. There's alot at stake today and the national title will unfold after a couple teams lose. And plus the Herd is on the rebound at home with Kent! GO HERD! And I have class all morning and afternoon...yeeeehhhaaaaaa!
