College Football anyone?

Sorry it's that time of year again. I just get all giddy inside and can't wait for all those grown boys to start knockin' the holy bigibiees out of each other. GO HERD!!!!

I love college football, but my alma mater sucks (UNLV). I'm playing as Virginia Tech in my NCAA Football 2004 dynasty and I must say...I'm liking them. I don't think Nebraska is any good this season. I don't think they are even ranked. I think the Big 12 is not going to be very tough this year besides K-State, Oklahoma and Texas. The Big East and Big 10 is where the competition is at. Maybe SEC too.

Clemson Tigers or SC Gamecocks? Sorry Heathen guess who I pull for?:D

It's in my blood. My father, uncle, grandfather, great grandfather were all Clemson graduates, not to mention my brother!! It is awsome up there with places to camp, hike, an underground railroad dating from the civil war (Stump House is what they call it). To all northerners, it is not pronounced Clemzon like ESPN would say it, it is pronounced Clempson as we southerners pronounce it! :D Sounds funny I know, and I am not a hick neither, but it's the correct way of saying it.

GO TIGERS!!! As for USC, I don't hate them like some Clemson/Carolina fans hate each other. They are part of my state! I just have to pull for the tigers when they play each other. Lastly, my brother got a bachelors at Clemson and masters at UGA (bulldogs) and they hate Clemson! He wore a Clemson T shirt and got some dirty looks. He pulls for the tigers even when they play Georgia.

By the way, I think it is exciting to see Virginia Tech and Miami join the ACC even if our butts get kicked!

Gearhead and College Football fan here!!!!

1) Put your right arm straight out from your chest
2) Bend your right arm 90 degrees
3) Move your right arm in a chopping motion
4) Yell "OHHHHHH OHHH OOOOHHHHHH, OHHHHH OHHH OHHHHH"
5) BOW DOWN!!!

Don't rule the Noles out!! Had a bad season last year, but don't think it's a trend. We're gonna run the ACC this year and the next few despite the addition of the Cane's and VT. Deal with it!

Oh, and NC State...you won't be rolling over us at home this year!

Boooooo Buckeyes! Wisconsin Badgers all the way!!! They are STACKED on offense -- 4 good receivers, a senior QB who likes to pass, and the running back with the most division 1 yards over the last 2 years!! Yeah their defense will suck, but that shouldn't matter with that offense. And the Badgers were the only team last year that had the Buckeyes beat .... until stupid Gamble came in to play receiver and got that completely LUCKY touchdown catch for the winning score. Argh!

Oh no Mr. T say it ain't so! You have something seriously wrong with the front of your car. I can't figue out what it is. Where you in an accident or something? Did something get misaligned? Is a light bulb out? I just can't put my finger on it but there is something hideously wrong with the front of your pro:p

I think the Big 12 is not going to be very tough this year besides K-State, Oklahoma and Texas. The Big East and Big 10 is where the competition is at. Maybe SEC too

I was raised in Big Ten country but there is no question IMHO the most difficult conference in all of NCAA is the SEC

Auburn, Alabama, Arkansas, Georgia, Florida, Tennesse, Ole Miss, South Carolina, LSU and from time to time Miss State shows up. That's a scary gauntlet to run for any team.

As far as the big 12. the reason so many national champions come from the big 12 is because they have a cake walk compared to the SEC, PAC 10, or big 10 every year giving them a greater chance to be undefeated (the only real way to ensure a national championship bid). Not to mention they aren't physically beaten in 7 or 8 highly contested games.

USF BABY!! 7 years of football and we are already in div 1A. this year we will be ranked and go to a bowl

Buckeyes suck! Go BLUE!!!

From Toronto and Canadian but still love the NCAA game, best football out there. Travel to Michigan once a year to see a game usually.

I hope to heck the Bears draft Byron Leftwich with their pick, but they likely wont. Leftwich in a bears uniform would be awesome! (Im actually a Redskins fan, but a Bears fan since they drafted 2 Michigan guys the other year D. Terrell & A-Train)

Now that's what I'm talking. True college football fan. So you got season tix KurtMP3??? Can't wait this year to play OSU at the big house.

Heh...I remember when the Pac 10 used to be good and how important the Big 10 vs Pac 10 Rose Bowl match up would be. Seriously...the west coast is hurting for a power house college football team these days.

I agree with you guys, about the PAC 10. But I will always love my UCLA Bruins. I feel a true fan supports their team thru the good and the bad.
