Check your battery cables, especially the ground cable for loose or corroded connections. How do you know that the battery is good? Has it been subjected to a load test?

Hi

I have checked battery after two days stood in cold and was holding 12,54 volts i started up car several times after 1-2 sec running and replace battery from my other diesel car, stronger battery.

I was thinking about starter motor, ones i tried by mystieke Start the engine during operation and was a nasty noise of starter motor...
Anybody was adjusting valves already?...how much it cost,? is it big job ?

A load test is the best way to determine if a battery is good. Simply measuring voltage can be deceiving. I know that many Hondas, especially the older ones HAD to have their valves adjusted. I would at least have them checked within 10,000 miles of the recommended mileage if they are not noisy, now.
