Coilovers--Are they Available?

Are there any coilovers for the MSP?

I know its a great handling FWD and I just want to make it better.

I know they have Ground control SLeeves and separate Camber adjustment, but is there one complete setup like say a TEIN, Cusco, JIC?

Thanks

um any coilover that is available for the protege[5] works on the MSP, jsut search under that.

ie, skunk2, ground controls, TEIN, etc

why mess with the suspension? mazda engineers already made it the best handling fwd vehicle. unless you're an expert at tuning suspensions, i'd say stick with the stock stuff. just my 2 cents.

i understand that, but look at the type R. it used to be the best FWD and people have made it handle even better, so just imagine the MSP with some additional tunning and a lower stance

If you would like, you could call us at 818 888-8904. This is our ProPartsUSA side. Just another addition to Tri-Point Engineering/Tri-Point Motorsports. We offer a Koni Insert that will be externally Adjustable. The only thing is that we will need your Orginal Cores to put in the Insert. These Koni's will have a bit more aggressive valving than our stock Tokico's. To do this as a package the total cost will be $700.00 (w/ your cores). For you guys that were interested in making a Coil-Over setup w/ HyperCoil Springs and Koni's Struts, the Package will be $1,500.00.

wouldn't you think that the FLT-A2 be a good alternative also? since it has higher spring rates (7/4) and a inverted monotube? and about $1600-1700?

Just wondering, this will be a SoloII car.

OUCH (shocked) You get what you pay for I guess...:p

Peace...(hippy)

CRDMS1,
That is very true, but we sell only the highest quality part that we know that works. You can go buy some Random Product because its cheap... But Does it do the job the way it's suppose to be? Being that the stock setup was done very well. We offer different lines of Koni's for Auto-X and Road Racing Applications that will be ALOT more money than this setup. This is a perfect setup for Street/Race with just a turn of a Knob for the $$.

so what would be your recommendation for AutoX and this car

b&g suspension, and jic's are the only all-in-one coilover that i would even consider spending money on, the mazda setup is badass as is, but if i were to mod ANY BIT of my suspension, it'd be the b+g's, or jic's, no question... sure they cost an arm and a leg, but you get what you pay for.

How serious are you about buying JICs? I'll sell you mine for a discounted price. They've been used about a year, but have never been abused.
