i was thinking about buying the cobb lowering springs but i was wondering if i needed to also buy the rear camber kit that comes with the mazda springs! if u do need it then i might as well buy the mazdas one!

jw what im gona need to do this!

there are other companies that sell camber correction solutions. Look through some of the vendor sites.

IIRC, the MS springs/CCK is more than Cobb springs + aftermarket CCK.

from protegegarage its 400-450 for the mazdapseed springs and the camber plates kit... im going to go that route because i would like to keep as much mazdaspeed stuff on my car

i was gona paint them red lol and see if it would help the warrenty factor. i was jw if u really do need then

the Cobb springs only lower the car 1 in if that in the rear so you should be OK without the rear camber kit. I have the Cobb springs/sways and love them. Not to aggressive but a very nice ride.

I just paid $350 for the MazdaSpeed Sport Spring kit (springs + rear camber links) for the MazdaSpeed3 online at Med Center Mazda (sold as an on-line sale), installed by them at extra cost (labor was $400 + alignment @ $58.95) Having them install it and align the wheels was well worth it to me with only jack stands (and no helper) at my disposal. Although I was quoted a ship-to-me price of $390 for the kit if I wanted to install it myself.

After Cobb springs...not sure how long after I had installed them, so I think they were pretty much settled at this point.

This question was asked on Cobb's forum. Cobb went back and checked the alignment on the rear end and stated that it is well within factory specs with their springs installed.
