question....would it be a big problem if I was running a forge bpv, since cobb reccommends to use the stock bpv?
well looks like ima have to sell my forge because im not planning on getting a tune for awhile
also i bought the car with the mscai already on, where would i find the straightner if i had one. closer the the air filter, or at the opposite end?
Well with the forge bpv, I've been spiking to 20.3 everytime at wot. I don't think thats safe, my afrs were 9.3, which is pretty rich. I put my stock one back on, and been hitting 18.6 psi on the money. my afrs were now 10.4. I think im going to run the stock for a bit more and see. Only thing that is killing me is the "ping." I miss it. haha.
when you switched the bpv did you reset the ecu? if not then its still running all the trims from the forge valve. that could be causing your driveability issues.
its the throttle thats not smooth. you can feel it jump into boost once you get near 3000rpms
people have created smoother throttle values in ATR. go to MSF and ask around. someone will give you what you need to adjust yours.
i like the way my car feels with my aftermarket BOV. just have to adjust how you use the throttle if you dont fix it in ATR
