Well, they failed... The 156Ds that is. Mooohahahah. Waiting for my oil change in about 1200 miles to go for 156Es. I think I'll ask for a new swaybar too, but I doubt that will happen.

Well knock on wood the 156E bushings are doing really well... havent failed on me so far... and thats with the -10 degrees weather and snow and all too.

Yeah, the snow-turned-to-slush is what really did my 156Ds in this time. They were starting to clunk a tad with the cold coming, but after our first measurable snowfall, it was instant and total failure. Hope the Es will do me right! Otherwise I'll try the relocation kit if its out, or the polys mentioned in the other thread.

Can anyone other than Mazda dealership order the E's? Like, regular automotive places. I'd like to avoid a Mazda dealership if I could, but I'm afraid I'm trapped.

ummm, no, only a mazda dealer can get them. and your dealer is obligated to do so.

really? thats pretty bad, i had to have my bushings specially ordered from mazda for my car, through a suspension shop....

australia has no clunk TSB.... crap...

after taking my car to VT this past weekend driving around on the shittiest road ever around the condo complex my clunk has finally started to return... These roads looked the the moon... craters and bumps everywhere... not to mention it was -20 two of the days... clunk isnt to bad, only on hard bumps.. but it is back.. :mad:

i got about 10k out of my 156D with out a clunk... about 9 months.

yea... i have to make an apointment for my "E's" Im gonna try and get a new sway bar out of the deal as well... I just got home last night from a 1000 mile road trip my car is a mess and needs an oil change... I will most likely be at the run though, since it is right down the street. My car might still be trashed if i dont make it to a car wash by then. Clutch is doing great, i put an ACT in about 1 month ago.
