Climate Control and Sunroof Blows Fuses

I have a 2007 Mazda6 Sportwagon. Today, I had the headliner replaced by a reputable shop. The Climate Control system made up of the vent, A/C, blower, and defrosters stopped functioning along with the sunroof. Fuse #3, a 10 amp mini in the driver side kick panel fuse box blows when the ignition is turned on. The shop only disconnected the two connectors for the dome lights and sunroof control in the headliner. The fuse blows even with those two connectors disconnected. Every thing else works except the climate control center and the sunroof. Has anyone seen this before? - Thanks, Tom.
