clicking noise when shifting

Hey guys I came across a weired noise today. Every time i down shift a little bit harder or maybe faster than normal I hear this bad clicking noise in my engine. Normally i use my gears to slow down so i can keep my breaks, but now every time i do it a little bit faster than normal i hear the noise and a little shake in the car. Please I can use some help. the good thing is that I still have warranty on the car but i am afraid this is something they will not cover. Appreciate any help.

that would definately have to be covered in the warranty buddy, go take it down and take a loaner car

Thanx for the answer finally. But does any one think I should replace my Short Ram Intake with the stock one before i take it in or not? that is the only mod. i have under the hood.
