Catholic here.
And I goto church every week (almost).
I have some doubts with the Catholic Religion and don't believe "everything" the preach. But I think it's good for the soul... At least mine.

And guess what.... I have a degree in genetics and evolution.
Imagine that!

Yeah I am weird.

For me, quite a few times... :)

Oh yeah, I'm glad to me posting in this thread...

I was exposed to the church as a Baptist, now I study on my own pretty much.

;)

Degree in Evolution? Weird. How can universities offer degrees in a field that isn't 'science' per se - it's theory. I guess there ARE degrees in Theology, etc...oh well.

:D

Church of Jesus Christ of Latter Day Saints member here! For those who think that is too long you can call me a "Mormon." I have read the King James Bible all the way too.

Raised Roman Catholic, Living Christian...Just couldn't get confirmed into a denomination that I didn't follow all of the tenants of. There is one God, one Christ, and yet, so many "right" churches...it's ridiculous. I have been following on my own, attending mass here and there just to commune with others, but that's it. I try to praise Him in everything I do...that's what little I can do.

welp i was born and raised southern baptist, but im just independent i read and believe what i get from the bible.. no interpretation direct text :)

I'm in Christ. I'm about the relationship with God, and the truth, not the man-made religious stuff. Nuff said.

My sentiments exactly. :D

My mother's Catholic but she didn't force a religion onto me and my sister. My sister became Catholic during college...while I have never actually been in a church and can't say its something I would want to do.....

i went to a catholic school from grade 1 to 12. my parents were christian and were part of a non-dom. church. it was weird going to church in school and to church on sundays with my family. i'm pretty much agnostic now. i dont know what i believe anymore.
