is 19,900 a good price?

I have been haggling and feel a bit out of sorts. Is 19,900 a fair price for a Touring 5 that includes Cargo cover, All weather mat, Wheel locks, Door edge guards, and tinting? (dunno) Or does that sort of question depend on location (TX). thanks y'all!

if it is OTD (out the door) price which includes everything.. yeah.. excellent deal...
