great meet guys! probably the biggest mazda meet ive seen yet!

sucks my tire went flat though, but at least goodyear was able to hook me up with a used tire so i could get home.

nice meeting you all. Probably the most well organized and coordinated meet yet (though we didn't do a lineup or cruise which would've been neat).

We were hanging around the park at sundown (8:30). A cop showed up behind one of the guys' cars and shined his light on it. The car's owner waved his hand and identified himself, but the cop just pulled out his ticket pad and started writing down the plates. We all went up to him and asked what was up. The cop said the park closed 30 minutes ago and that any car still in the park would receive a ticket. At that point, all of us GTFO. I was the last from that group to leave, and as I left, I saw that the guys were still talking to the cop, probably trying to get out of the ticket. The cops were real dicks - we saw them escorting people out of the park.

At the same time, we did get a bit of a highlight out of the cops. Earlier, some dude in a beat to s*** 1980's wagon felt the need to show off his car's failures and floored it past us. Meanwhile, the cops were up ahead ticketing someone else. As the guy approached the cops, you could tell the point "oh s***" came across his brain as he hit the brakes. The cop calmly walked to his car, turned around, and pulled him over. Idiot.

1. butt ass cold and stayed till the birds chased us out
2. Stayed till the tornado and hail warning came.
Now that's serious, I risked bird s*** and hail to represent!!
