I've seen that type of wing on some Protege5's but never on a 2...Never been a real fan of it on the P5 and not working for the 2 either but interesting to see it.

It is a bit odd looking, but something that can grow on you. I think that it is supposed to be better for aerodynamics on hatches.

I have a mid wing on my wrx swapped impreza: http://i.imgur.com/N1Rw6.jpg It's not intrusive at all, because of the low belt line of the car. The natural 'rake' the 2 has in the body panels from front to rear definitely puts it in the driver's line of sight. Definitely an interesting product, but not something I'd go for on my little road warrior 2.
