cheap FMIC kit on ebay

Hi fellow members... I'm the one that one this kit on ebay. $610 is steep, but I'm optimistic. It will be a little while b4 the install, but I'll be sure to inform all of you concerning quality/ease of installation/fit/etc. Thanks... later.

Look at all those 90* bends. Oh man, that's terrible.

Edit: I looked at the intercooler again. Ha ha ha, those endtanks are retarded. I can't believe someone would pay money for that.

it looked like an ion nockoff, but if it fits well and works, 610 isnt that bad..

I can see the similarities, but they aren't exactly the same, it also looks as though the couplings they are using are absolutely craptacular.

Bottom line, still best to go with MAM or HiBoost or something similar.

I received the kit yesterday and it is a piece of s*** through and through. It is not even the same kit pictured. It has 13 aluminum pipes... not the five pictured. It is definitely thrown together. There isn't a connection/flange for the stock/or aftermarket bpv-bov. The intercooler construction is very crude. The welds are shady and there is not a lick of polishing. $610 would have been good for the kit pictured, but I got shafted. I contacted that seller and requested a refund based on misadvertising.
Fellow EBAYERS: If he says f*you, what steps do you recommend I take through ebay? Thanks for suggestions.

*** I'm now saving money for the Hiboost kit or Ion kit. Lesson learned.

Sorry about the bad transaction, good luck getting your money back unless you bought buyer protection or you paid with a credit card. Opps

.

I sent this to the looser.

I've read about this auction titled "MAZDASPEED PROTEGE HUGE FM INTERCOOLER KIT" and it was a piece of crap. The pipes you mailed were not the same as pictured. Understand that the word is out and the MAZDASPEED and Protege community are aware of your products. Enjoy the 610 bucks you just ripped off from one of our members...it will be your last. If these auctions continue we will find you and words will not be exchanged. Also understand we are all over the world and we have an eye out. Think next time youre in a subway or restaurant...does that guy drive a Protege?

II-Savy-- Thanks. You sound as pissed off as I am.

BTW. The sellers name is JEFF BERGER and he is in Everett, WA.
ANYONE KNOW THIS GUY??? If so, tell him to reply and take responsibility.

Sent the item back first, make sure you have tracking #.
After the he got the FMIC, MAKE SURE AFTER HE GETS IT, then you go paypal and request a refund.
YOU CANT NOT file a claim if you still have the item.

Or, if he shipped you the FMIC without tracking, then just file a claim that you didnt get the item. Then after you get the refund, return the item to him.

If you have any question about how to get your money back, you can sent me a PM.

I did pay via paypal, but I looked on paypal's sight and they state that the auction must have the buyer protection icon next to the seller's name in order to file a claim. This auction unfortunately didn't have that. I did pay via paypal though. Is there anyway I can still go through paypal?
You can PM me. Thanks everyone.

Some of the best sayings come true once again.

The bitterness of poor quality lingers long after the sweetness of cheap price is forgotten.
