you'd have to get a used wrx, rsx-s, cooper-s w/ jcw sc in order to get it for the same price as a gts. The gts is like 22k or 23k, i think.

not true. it is almost impossible to get a "base" model gts. they come from the factory w/ packages that you can't get rid of. if you went to any dealer in the country the gts will have stickers over 25grand

i use to have a 02 GT-S before my dad made me sell it and get something a little more practical. I miss everything about it except the cabin noise. the P5 is much more quieter.

For the love of God, a celica is not a sports car, neither is a solara, nor a matrix.

Toyota has one sports car (in the states) right now - MR2 Spyder, and looks like they're doing away with that.

A Scion tC would be better than the Celica.
