Cel P1288 CHT sensor out of range

Hey so I was at a stop light just getting ready to go watch our friends blow their cars at midnight drags. I let the clutch out real slow and was giving it gas(no bog here) and the motor started to bog like it wouldn't go then my cel came on. Luckly there was an Autozone within 2 lights. The code came up as P1288. At first she said rich at idle then said no it's cht out of range. Causes list 1: poor connection at cylinder head temp sensor, 2: defective thermostat, 3: failed cht sensor. It did a little bog like that early today but I was going into 3rd or 4th gear at the time. Just felt like it woulnt go. I have mscai, cpe catted tbe, and a ngr types bpv. That's all no tune. I've never heard of this before and I didn't see the code listed on haltechs code list either. Any idea what it is? I'm super paranoid. I don't even want to drive it with a cel. Thanks.

So Autozone can actually tell you what the faults are and the possible cause? I figured they would just tell you the code and that would be it. I guess i need to go and see what they say about mine before I pull my Cobb Sri off to take to the dealer.
