Cel P0037???

I am getting CEL P0037 HO₂S Heater Control Circuit Low (Bank 1 Sensor 2). My MSP stalls when I rev it and that's the only CEL I am getting. Could the O2 sensor be the problem and if so, which one is sensor 2? The one on the exhaust manifold or the cat? Any help will be greatly appreciated!

did some research for ya and found these. looks like its a switch/relay between the ignition and the pcm, unfortunately no diagrams on in-car location

Well aparantly the connector for the sensor was cut on one side. I would splice them together but the wire colors are different.

On the sensor side they are: blue, white, two black
ECU side: orange, black/blue stripe, green/red stripe, thick grey wire

Does anyone know which wire goes where??
I know that there should be a signal wire, a ground, and two heater wires but which is which on the ECU side???

Any help will be greatly appreciated!!
