Sure thing...Cat-Back means the system runs from the Catylitic Converter all the way to the back....it does NOT remove or replace the cats....what it sounds like YOU could do...if you in fact do not NEED or are not REQUIRED to have them...is just have a decent muffler shop make you a down pipe that will bolt to the manifold and replace everhthing from the manifold to where the secondary cat is.....course that don't mean you won't end up with a CEL (Check Engine Light)....you will have to maintain the sensors in the line or that is a sure thing. another option you could explore is getting a REAL header as well.

By the way... i see you have this exhaust... how do you like it? is it a good rumble, or does it make the car sound like a rice rocket? And did you ge tit put in or did it yourself.

Zio, sorry for the delay in answering...but I left for vacation after you posted and just not got to a computer to hit the board... LOL

YES I have this system...I love it...very nice LOW tone and it does NOT sound like a can of pissed off bumble bees...

I put the system on myself...all you need is some normal hand tools...nothing special.

just one hint...if you do it yourself...use some wd-40 on the rubber hangers for the muffler...it makes them 100 times easier to get the muffler off. it took me about an hour and a half to do the install.

k sweet.... just wondering then did you use jacks or do you have ahydrolic lift....

also wondering if you feel an increase in ummff from the car.... i only have a Ractive intake, and that alone i can feel a bit of a difference.... thanks for your pateinnce too,,,, i really appreciate it.

I did the job with the car on jack stands....no problem. YES, my butt dyno registers more UUUMF....and the fun meeter pegs regularly as well. :{D

NO, the system does NOT come with a header....

IF you are installing the bosal cat back system..or any cat back system for that matter.....remove the heat shield that is directly below your shifter while you are at it...the heat shield is there for the resonator which you will be removing with the forward section of pipe, and its not needed. there are only 4 screws holding it to the bottom of the car. then if you decide to install a short throw shifter later....you will not have to bend it to make room for it. not to mention it will make that install easier too.

good luck!!
