Probably got those off ebay, there seems be chrome stock wheels for every car brand out there. You have to send yours in as a core charge after you receive the wheels.

I think the real problem is that there is just too much of it. This might look a lot better if done in conjunction with the blacking out of every other spoke. Cut down on the overall glare. Not that I would do it myself, mind you...

I don't like the look but unfortunately some folks do.

They're more than likely chrome plated over polished and hopefully the process didn't degrade the wheels at all.
