well i got hit in the parking lot today...guy was pulling out didn't see my car and pushed in the whole length of the rear door, and tore up the quarter panel...

got a quote and it is $3600...full quarter panel replacement, door, and paint on like half the car, although i will pay more and have it all done if its not totaled...

also his tire messed up the finish on my wheel, so i get a new wheel and tire...

so with $3600 who thinks its totaled? the insurance said 75 percent or more of value

car still drives fine, since i got the panel pulled away from the tire, and the door still opens and closes although it takes some extra effort..

KBB Says
Excellent: $6700
Good: $6200
Fair:$5650

If its got $4000 worth of damage...Its totalled.

Dibs ADP/Medieval Pulleys/Red Top...PM me paypal info...lol...

That sucks man...hopefully you can get it fixed...any pics...

lol if its totalled im gonna talk to that dude with the msp he bought without the turbo, and buy it...hes like a hour from me...i dont think its totalled though.. but if it is im gonna buy it back, and part out a lot of it except the aftermarket parts

ill get pics tomorrow

damn man, I'm sorry to hear about that. I hope it's not totaled. You were going places with your car.

ya.. i don't think it is though.. i asked the peoples insurance and they said at or above 75% and this only comes out to like 58%.. i even tried it with 5500 and it was still 65% so i think im good...Its gonna be in the shop for over two weeks though... but its a NICE shop right by my house

Lets see pics..Than I will tell you.

Odds are after its looked at the bill will go up and it will get very close to being totalled.

make sure to opt for a good rental and not a pos....especially since it's on them

i took it and got a good estimate at a very good shop..the price includes full door frame, full quarter panel, labor, and paint blending on the front fender, front door, rear bumper, decklid, spoiler, and maybe a little on the other quarter.. also includes the rim and tire. pics will be up tomorrow

Two weeks...that is what I was told when I flipped the P5 back in December...didn't get it back until the end of February...

2 weeks is about the norm for body damage and paint....i had to have just about the entire driver side replaced and it too the shop 2 weeks....but then it had to go to a different shop to fix the doors cause the a holes didn't align the doors right....

There is almost always Hidden stuff that pops up and increases the Repair bill.

At this point....If I was you...I would hope it was totalled.

True...I still can't believe mine wasn't totaled...almost $6500 in damage...I only bought it for $8500 and that was a year earlier with 50,000 less miles...

i have so much aftermarket stuff ( full turbo kit) that i dont have stock replacements for.. so it would suck actually
