Capital Raceway Oct 12 - Starts Noon

Wanted to get a thread going for all who want to go to Capital Raceway on Sunday the 12th. $10 to watch, $15 to race. Starts at 12:00, so come early. If anyone wants to caravan from VA, let me know.

We might want to check if there is one on Sunday. I noticed on the website Test & Tune nights are on Fridays. I think they made an exceptions last sunday, because we heard an announcement that they will have a test & tune the friday we were there. Seminole, what do you think? Is it every Sunday as well?

I've been the Capitol only a few times. Fridays are test and tunes and occasionally they have a test and tune on Sundays as well. I'm pretty sure it's not an every Sunday occurance.

If everyone is going to Capitol Sunday the 12th..I'm a definite show. Especially since I don't have tickets to the Bucs/Skins showdown (actually the Bucs will whomp the skins, but that's another story.)

I have some friends flying in from Florida, so I won't race on Friday per usual..so Sunday sounds like a good backup plan.

I tried calling them, but just listened to a recording. Anyone else have a number where you can speak to a live body?

ok, i called them and got a live body, the reason they had a test and tune sunday was cuz they didnt race sat night, so i guess itz those rare occasion type things, they do have test n tune on fridays... so anyone who of a place to go where there arnt that many peeps??

Andrew - you need to check your PMs. Dude I left you a PM days ago. So - for everyone else - is FRIDAY the 10th good? I will have to leave early from work depending on what time everyone is going. Hell, maybe I'll just take the day off. I work too damn hard anyway. I need a "my boss is getting on my nerves" break!!

What time are you guys leaving on Friday? I have to plan the day. Also have a 2nd gen Pro at work that'll be coming, and I have convinced another guy to bring his Z28. Maybe we can caravan.

Can't make it to the track this weekend, MIR or Capitol. I have to go back down to Harrisonburg for an interview. Damnit!!!!!! Back to back weekends, miles my car doesn't need hahahhaha.
