Can't change folders during Bluetooth audio streaming (iPhone 5 / iOS 6)

Hi all. New owner here. Searched through the forums but didn't see any previous posts...

I'm streaming music from the iPhone 5 using bluetooth audio and it works fine, EXCEPT that I can't change folders to switch to a different playlist. I'd have to change playlists on the iPhone itself.

Does anyone have a solution to this??

I know on my android its the same. Thought the Iphone would have a better interface so I'm surprised.

It is all on how you have your music folders organized on your phone or storage device. If there is actual folders that you have arranged them in (like I do on my Android) then you will be able to switch from Folder to Folder. But... If you have an apple product then you will not be able to use the full interface because of the closed source technology that the MacOS uses for organization and folder setup.

Android's Open Source file storage and interface gives it a leg up IF you set it up properly.
