hey guys, I want to get the fsze intake cam and the mazdaspeed exhaust cam but I am a little iffy on installing them not because of the warrenty. will I have to buy other things to install or can I just put the cams in by themselves?

i thinik you can just put them in, but get apex-i s-afc that i think you need to ajust the a/f ration but i might be wrong,

i have an extra brand new box never been open exhaust cam, from mazda motorsports, email me for more info! u can just install the cams by themselves.

U can install teh cams by yourself?? No way! i have no idea what im talking about, but changing them has to be a b****! You need to take off the cam gears, and then there is the timing belt to worry about. Im just currious, not doubting you, just curious. And if you put yours in can you let us know how hard it was, and what is involved. thanks

i have had my cams in for about 7,000 + miles. it is not hard, but i recomend to have someone help with the install who knows what they are doing. cam gear bolts about 35 foot pounds and the cam bolts are 120 inch pounds. after all that u need to adjuct the shims in the buckets.
