I want to upgrade my camshafts on my 02 2.0 protege and i am not sure what are my options? i have had little success searching for cams/specs. any help would be greatly appreciated.

Integral Stage I for good gains over stock if you can't find an N/A set of Twiggies being sold secondhand.

Integral Stage II if you're a sucker for punishment and are fine with sacrificing low end civility and useability for maximum top-end power. Stage 2.5 if you're never going to street your car again.
