Calendar Voting!

Ok, the voting needs to start ASAP, however, i am STUMPED on the best way to do it.

the thing is, a poll only allows 10 images...there are WAY more! i was thinking about grouping (all the yellow 5's, all the tightanium MSP's etc..) but i dont know if thats fair to everyone.

the deal is, i dont want more than one for example, spicy MSP, or there to be like 9 MSPs and no sedans. There needs to be the best representation. It all depends on pics of course too.

let me know if you have ideas. If you dont have a problem saying which pics you like, then i can make a website or something, post the pics and # them, then ppl can vote by listing the #'s they want in a thread.

Well if there is only 1 spot for each color, then I'm DEFINATELY not getting picked. Everyone has a Titanium & 1/2 of the pics are way better than mine.

but honestly, i dont wanna have more than one! i mean, there are so many awesome cars out there.

Yours WILL be in the calendar, just might not be a huge one....

I think you should just do it yourself. Everyone already voiced their opinions in the thread...now it's your turn to be the boss & decide based on what's going to look the best.

this is your calender Dreeza, do it the way you want, post the pictues you like for it, then ask if people agree with your choices. if not then let them collectively decied to change one or two.

We may have to start out with a large number of threads with cars in it grouped together....pick the top 5 from each, make a few other threads...and just break it down after that. Kinda like the elimination process.

Should also pick a min. resolution required. If you don't have the right res it won't print right anyway so ... bam, that pic is gone.

There weren't too many exceptional pics(lots of good ones and just plain sucky ones-just not many exceptional ones), and then (like mine) some won't have high enough resolution to make the cut. I noticed a few of the really good pics were of yellow P5's though. Shouldn't be too difficult for splitvizion and you to pick out the worthy ones.

Newf's idea would work, break it up into the different cars. Then discard the ones that don't meet the resolution requirements (so much for my pics) and then pic out which 10 you guys like and then have a poll.

ok, yeah, that is what i was thinking HOWEVER, its a long process...if there is a vote, there should on be ONE.

as for resolution..im not sure if resolution and dpi are the same thing, but the dpi needs to be around 300 for it to be printed. If not, it wont be printed. The calendar is 8.5 x 11 ( i think)

If the majority doesnt mind splitvizion and i picking, then that may be what happens. We are obviously going to use the comments that were posted in the submission thread to help us decide...and if you have a fave, you can give suggestions...this NEEDS to get done though!
