I finally hit the 1.2 megabits per second transfer rate today, for the last few weeks i've been stuck around 400 to 700 some bits per second

I vary from 250-900 at home... fluctuates too much.....wether I get 250 or 900 they say my performance is fantastic.... WTF is that about... compared to what I may ask.....
