Any and all comments welcome...good or bad I dont mind. I'm thinking I should put the stock tail lights back in?

(2thumbs)
Stock taillights, though. Maybe some bluebatmobile redouts for 'em.

Also, any problems with the blue tint legalwise?

NICE

so what about the license plate lights... did they mount in ok? Did you guys test to see if it leaks at all? I.E. putting your best friend in the trunk while you run the hose on it.. hehe!

Not a fan of the taillights, but the trunk looks pretty good. I don't think I'd want one now after seeing a pic though, don't think it's for me.

hot s*** cant wait to get mine, although you're a braver man than me putting it on right before winter.

I think its really nice looking, but I agree with everybody else, the lights just dont go with it. Whered you get it?

What kind of setup are you running with your wheels/tires? It looks like you have spacers or something because the wheels fill the fenders perfectly. The blue tint looks great & I like your wheels too.

The trunk is nice, but it looks out of place with no other large areas of black on the car (time for a hood maybe?).

Just like everyone else, I can't understand why you put those tail lights on...please take them off immediately. If you want to be different, come up with something more original & better looking. That's a classic set of Teins too I see...perfect up front, but still too much fender gap in the rear.

Overall, nice car, but make some changes & it will be amazing. (thumb)

Yeah I thinking stock tails with night shades maybe?

The blue tint isn't ilegal, but I do have it on the front windows, which is a no-no in Michigan. I don't drive the car that much so I've been lucky so far.

The license plate light lenses are a little big, like CN said, so I'll just take a little off with a dremel or file.

It's 35 degrees here, so I'm not going anywhere near a hose and water, lol, but the rubber seal does appear to be touching the lid all away around it.

No spacers, wheels are 18 x7.5 43 offset. Tires are 225/35/18

Yeah, the TEINS were a little better, taking weight off the rear doesn't help with that gap though. (hand)

Thanks everyone. :D

Oh, and I have a C/F hood ;)

Get some pictures that show it then! I was trying to get BlueBatmobile to make smoked overlays for the sedan tails, but I gave up because it wasn't happening. Honestly, I haven't really been a fan of any of the Nightshaded tails I've seen...they all come out too dark. Everything else sounds good.

wow, looks really good! the wheels really set the car off. like brian, I don't think I'll be buying a CF trunk now though.

I really like the look, but i agree you should lose the lights. Are you planning on re-mounting the stock spoiler/wing (whatever) or leave it without. Also could I get some info on your Tein springs, I have recently been looking at some. What adjustments did you need to make and how much time did you spend? Where did you get the hood? Springs?

should we not have CF products on our cars for winter???

no i'm just saying, with all the snow, road salts, and other bulls***, i'm just going to wait till spring...oh and i also dont have a cf hood yet :)

looks good brandon :)

If it were me i would trade the blue tint for 35% black and put the stock tails on...

Also, about your drop.. you are using tein springs? I want to get some 18's but am afraid i will rub since i have the tein springs on.

Is there a certain offset you have to have in order not to rub? ANy help is appreciated.

Thanks all (hippy)

The wheels are 5Zigen MK-5's, with the TEIN S-Tech springs. 43 offset with a 35 series tire. I believe you can run taller tires with higher offset. But No rubbing at all with mine. I've had the wheel turned all the way just to make sure, hasn't touched once. And the back sits even higher, so I'm not worried about if people sit in the back.

Adjustments for the springs? Non, they ride and fit fine on stock struts. Took me and a friend a day to install them. I got them from Cullen @ http://www.**********.com

As for the Trunklid, it's from JSP and their is a thread about it in the group buy section.

And I'm going to leave the spoiler off completely.

Anyone want some APC tails? :p
