you are going to love that huge key fob. you only have to break it out when the battery starts to die in it or when you take your car to get serviced. it's fudging awesome! i pull so much ass just by walking up to the car and pushing that little black button on the door handle, even if my wife is with me.

as far as modding goes, watch the for sale section like a hawk. there is usually a good deal to be found.

i made this same jump a few years back.. should have waited cuz these cars dont hold value for s***.. but, its just so much nicer and stealthier than the EVO or STI.. oh well at least i didnt have to inherit any elses fart smell.. its all me!! thats worth a couple bux..

kinda look like scratch marks or something......I saw this when I was snapping the pix but didnt bother to rub on them to see if its just dust/dirt or if it is in fact scratches......Ill check it out here in a moment.

Enjoy the 6. Nothing compares to it in it's price range. Love it, don't want to let it go but my lease is up and it's just not worth keeping with the buyout being nuts and no warranty.

I have no idea what to get next, I'm lost. After driving this car for 4 years, everything seems like a step down in performance, style and comfort...and AWD. Everything I've looked at so far doesn't interest me in the slightest. I can't afford a bimmer or audi. The Legacy is a boat and we have no Soobie here anyways, Ford Fusion is an auto-tragic and slow, Accord is FWD, Acura TL too $$$, Audio too $$$ CC too, nothing out there for a MS6 owner to go to. The new Mz6 is nice, unless you've owned a MS6 before.

That's like the 10th time I've heard you say the same thing. Just go buy another MS6 with less miles and everything you want when your lease is up.

OP, those marks are common. That's the IC shroud rubbing on the TMIC cover, no biggie.

Now that i know it bugs you so much I'll be sure to post much more often.

To the OP, if you haven't yet, ask the dealer to turn onthe autolock feature of the keyless fob. Doors will lock when you get out of vehicle and close doors. They will not lock if car is on or keys inside car. BTW you got my fav color, that is what I wanted again after I had it on my MSP. Best color I've ever taken care of.

I could be wrong, but it looks like he got a Liquid Platinum MS6. This is the only car (other than the CX7/9) that was made with that color.

Is yours LPM?

I guess after looking at his again, it is a bit darker. It's hard to tell the difference in color unless the lighting is good.

keep in mind guys that I took those pix during a rain storm....that might be playing a role in how dark the paint looks.....Ill grab my paint code tomorrow, im too lazy to walk out there now. haha


Thanks for giving me a heads up on the scratches too....I dont feel so worried now.....
