even foxnews has now dismissed the sarin as possibly a fluke. the 550 shells containing nerve agent (that saddam got from us during the iran-iraq war) is still missing. he has had more than ample time to use them. he bombed the kurds, he bombed us during the first persian gulf war... and with the number of soldiers who came home with "gulf war syndrome," i don't doubt he used most of it up. and seeing as how this one is in an unmarked shell, how would even saddam know which one is which? with the amount of munitions moved around during a war, it's more than feasible that normal artillery shells and those containing chemical weapons were mixed together.

and the claim of saddam having the technology and capability to use it is sort of silly. why did we give him WMD's during the iran-iraq war if he's been a dictator since the 60's? would you give a mass murderer a weapon of mass murder and not expect him to use it? i mean, i don't give my hyperactive cousin soda and candy and then get pissed at him when he goes into hyperactive mode!

sorry tonk i was doing some "research" and realized i hadnt seen this post. regardless of whether it was right or not, the media doesnt know what the **** they are talking about. see, when you violate the law, you can lose your security clearance and become flagged. he violated opsec and was consequently flagged.
