Bushings

how did these bushings work for you tzar117? my axr clunk kit's bushings are wearing out. are you still able to regrease these?

Bushings work just fine. Yes I can still regrease them. I do like once a month with white lithium via my mini grease gun. Only takes a min to crawl under and give each side a squeeze. I wanna say i've had those bushings on there at least 3 years and I don't think i've ever heard a klunk

cool thanks. and yeah, i never had the clunk issue, more of the bushings drying out and squeaking/creaking on bumps. now when i regrease them, they seem to squeak again in about 2 weeks. i guess its time to change them out. lasting 3 years is plenty lol

another bump.. interesting thing i found. the axr website says the bushings they use are 19mm. now should i get 19mm or 20mm to replace the shot bushings in my AXR kit hmm...

Energy Suspension Bushings
19mm Sway Bar Bushing & Clamp

These are 19mm Sway Bar Bushings designed to work with any 20mm Sway Bar and the AXR Clunk Fix Bracket. Our research has shown that the 19mm bushing stays more secure and lasts longer then 20mm bushings due to the fact that the factory bar is not a true 20mm bar.
